Soft Bread




















Ingredient:
250g Bread Flour
10g Milk powder
45g castor sugar
4g yeast
30g salted butter
130ml milk

Topping
1 egg for wash
9 small butter cubes 
sugar to sprinkle



Preparation:
  1. Place all ingredient in TM bowl except butter 2mins/dough.
  2. Put in butter 2 min/dough
  3. Rest for 15 min
  4. Divide into round dough and proff for 1 hour
  5. Bake 170C for 20 min
