Chocolate Chiffon Cake

Ingredient

  1. Egg white 115g (3 Eggs)
  2. Egg Yolk 58g
  3. Vegetable Oil 25g
  4. Cocoa powder 15g
  5. cake flour 35g
  6. Milk 60g
  7. Sugar 35g
  8. Corn Starch 3.5g
  9. Salit 1g

STEPS:
A:
  1. Oil heat up
  2. + cocoa powder 15g Mix well
  3. + Cake Flour 35 g, mix well
  4. + Milk 60g, mix well
  5. Egg yolk add in one by one & mix well
  6. + salt + corn flour & mix
B:
  1. Egg White in bowl + butterfly 1 min/sp 4
  2. + sugar 1min / speed 4

C:
  1. 1/4 egg whote foam mix with A
  2. A mxture add into egg white foam & mix well
  3. Pou into cake mold
  4. Bake 180 Celcius for 35 - 40 min
