Chocolate Chiffon Cake
Ingredient
- Egg white 115g (3 Eggs)
- Egg Yolk 58g
- Vegetable Oil 25g
- Cocoa powder 15g
- cake flour 35g
- Milk 60g
- Sugar 35g
- Corn Starch 3.5g
- Salit 1g
STEPS:
A:
- Oil heat up
- + cocoa powder 15g Mix well
- + Cake Flour 35 g, mix well
- + Milk 60g, mix well
- Egg yolk add in one by one & mix well
- + salt + corn flour & mix
- Egg White in bowl + butterfly 1 min/sp 4
- + sugar 1min / speed 4
C:
- 1/4 egg whote foam mix with A
- A mxture add into egg white foam & mix well
- Pou into cake mold
- Bake 180 Celcius for 35 - 40 min
